With over 24 years of experience in the communication business, having worked all around APAC, each opportunity has expanded my capabilities, from designing an airline brand from scratch and crafting my aesthetics in the beauty and FMCG industries, to finding new and innovative ways to connect with consumers in the tobacco industry.
Throughout my career, I've learned that every project has its own challenges, and learning how to overcome them to creatively solve business objectives is a huge part of what defines a true creative partner. I follow a simple creative process: be passionate, think of the twist, be resourceful, go the extra mile, learn new things, set aside drama and ego, and of course, have fun.
As a Creative Director, I lead by example, bringing high standards, a meticulous nature, and a positive perspective to building and leading creative teams, cultivating out-of-the-box expressions of briefs, and producing fulfilling and successful content. Not only am I interested in challenging myself, but I also want to challenge others—continuously striving for the best, together. Because it’s the people that make the difference.

Launched a national airline and worked on it from its inception to its commerical launch
In 1999, started carreer at Colgate Palmolive (India) as their in-house designer
In 2002, moved to Bangladesh to work for Interspeed Adv. BD Ltd. (Back then an OGILVY Associate)
From early 2005 till April 2018, with GREY (in Bangladesh, Malaysia & Singapore), where I started as a Group Head, left as Regional Associate Creative Director
From September 2018 till February 2019, with Geometry Global Japan as Creative Director
From March 2019 till March 2021, with VML & Ogilvy Japan as Head of Creative
From September 2021 onwards with T&Pm Japan (seconded from VML & Ogilvy Japan) as Integrated Creative Lead
